This is the only way forward, when you look in the mirror you're looking at the problem, but you're also looking at the solution. It all depends on me, and what isn't started today is never finished tomorrow. After all, fear is only temporary, regret is forever.
So don't wish for it, work for it.
...So you won't freak out when someone touches your sides.
